Already bursting with healthy food, the cafe has curated a lovely range of vegan delicacies that includes Cheesy dip with crackers, Jowar pita pockets with pickled carrot and beetroot, Cucumber sushi with peanut dip sauce, Roasted beetroot and sweet potato salad, Millet Buddha bowl. They’ve also added a refreshing vegan Beetroot and Pineapple smoothie to the menu as well.
These new dishes are simply an extension to the already present vegan fare on the menu of Garde Manger. The vegan food lovers can try their lovely Soya Kheema Pav, Tofu Bhurji Pav, Couscous Upma, Black Rice Salad, and Thai Grilled Tofu Steak. One can grab a quick vegan bite here with their delicious Hickory BBQ veggie sandwich or Lebanese grilled veg sandwich without the tahini yogurt sauce.
