Chef Puneet Mehta Does A Cooking Demonstration For Freedom Sunflower Oil

A cooking class was conducted by the brand Freedom Refined Sunflower Oil for the eight time and Chef Puneet Mehta was the cook for the day reports F&B News. Chef Mehta has been a finalist in the second season of MasterChef India and this class was conducted for women in Hyderabad. The chef made exotic yet easy dishes using the brand oil.

The variety of dishes made at the event by Chef Mehta were taken from across the country like Bajre ki Raabadi from Rajasthan, Sarson main tangdi from Punjab, Makke ki roti, Gajar, Gobhi aur Shaljan achaar and Badam Pinniyan as well. He also made some international delicacies that included Hot n Sweet Chicken Wings, Chilli Garlic Okra, Meat balls in hot pepper sauce with spaghetti and so on.

“We have received an overwhelming response to the 8th Freedom Cookery Class. It was a pleasure watching the chef cooking various dishes and the amazing participation from the audience,” said P Chandra Sekhara Reddy, vice-president, sales and marketing, Freedom Refined Sunflower Oil at the event as reported by F&B News. “We are pleased to organise the event and provide the home cooks an opportunity to learn the recipes from the elite professionals as a part of this initiative. I thank Mehta for demonstrating his most popular recipes and conducting an extremely interactive session, engaging the audience and giving them the freedom to eat and enjoy.”
