For the vegetarians, Chi Ni offers Vegetable Goose Lo Hei salad (priced at INR 888 plus taxes) that is topped with lip-smacking orange and plum dressing. As the dishes served on Chinese New Year are meant to usher in good luck and prosperity, each ingredient of the salads is selected keeping in mind its relevance to the occasion. The fish symbolizes prosperity, the carrots represent good luck, and pomelo indicates wealth.
