Children’s Day is a day when you celebrate your children and children around the world. It’s not the only day you do that, of course, but in India, we celebrate it to coincide with Jawaharlal Nehru’s birthday. And on days like these, especially when it turns out to be a Monday, it’s always good to just spend time with your kids and cook or do something equally fun. Whether you’re watching movies or going out to spend time with friends, there’s so much to do! But it’s definitely fun to whip up some quick treats that they can brag about to their friends the next day at school.
So we’ve put together 10 dishes that are easy to make and can be done by the kids, with a little help from you. Make sure they’ve got their aprons, mittens and recipes all ready, because it’s going to be a really fun day!

Serve it with a dip or sauce, or just eat it like that, it works anyway!
