Instructions
  1. Sauté the onion in the oil until soft.
  2. Butter each slice of bread on one side.
  3. Place the cheese slices on one of the buttered pieces of bread and top with the onions.
  4. Top with the second slice, butter side face down.
  5. Grill both sides in a pan over medium heat until toasted.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy.
