In a time when we’re already trying to decide between McDonald’s or Burger King for a meal every other day, another global burger chain enters the ring. Founded in 1941, Carl’s Jr. is yet another popular fast-food chain in America, with outlets in every city and every state, they are popular enough to compete with the usual suspects and not flounder.
And now to compete with McDonald’s and Burger King, Carl’s Jr. has launched their home delivery service in India. If you’ve longingly looking at their menus online or seen the burgers in movies, your dreams are all finally coming true. Indian customers can now get their hands on Carl’s Jr. signature Chargrilled burgers, Hand-Breaded Chicken Tenders, Legs & Wings and Natural-Cut Fries right at their front door.
India is one of the few markets, in the world, where Carl’s Jr. has begun this new initiative. As a market for home delivery startups and more people experimenting with food, this definitely makes sense. Initially, the home delivery service will be driven through platforms like Zomato and Swiggy, but the company plans to facilitate ordering your food through their website as well. Currently, Carl’s Jr. is available in three locations in Delhi-NCR, but they have plans to expand and open at least 100 restaurants all over the country.
Sana Chopra, Executive Director of Cybiz Brightstar Restaurants Pvt Ltd spoke about this new service and said, “We are very excited to launch delivery services for Carl’s Jr. guests. Now guests can enjoy chargrilled, and juicy burgers at home. We have received a strong and steady demand for delivery from our guests through the feedback that they have shared, so it was only a matter of time that we began Delivery services.”
