California Pizza Kitchen In The Us Is The First Chain To Include Cauliflower Pizza Crust In The Menu
According to reports by Food Beast, cauliflower crust pizza has been in included in the menu of California Pizza Kitchen making it the first pizza chain to do so. The report further added observing the growing trend of the vegan pizza, the chain has decided to make it for their customers.
The Launch Of Cauliflower Crust
The rollout of the cauliflower crust pizza will take place in two phases says Food Beast. The first phase beginning on 27th November with Southern California locations in Redondo Beach Rainbow Harbor, and Manhattan Beach. The chain plans to have the cauliflower crust pizza at all its outlets barring hotels, airports, stadiums, and universities by next year.
The publication further added that the customers will need to shell out an extra $2.50 for a pizza to avail the crust.
