Singaporean Curry seen here is part of @bombayvintage.co.in 's ongoing Curry and Cocktail festival which is on till the 18th of August. The Singaporean curry goes really well with the Spiced Grass Cocktail. The festival features curries from around the world paired with delicious cocktails. We had the Mongolian and Jamaican as well, but the Singaporean curry was our favorite. Not too sweet, not too spicy! Just the perfect blend of spices and coconut milk served with some amazingly cooked Jasmine sticky rice. #eatsleepreviewrepeat #bombayvintage #mumbai #curryfestival #cocktails #foodie #foodgasm #foodlover #colaba #foodie #instafood
The current owners of the Bombay Vintage also own the iconic Woodside Inn and The Pantry. They have revamped the menu of Bombay Vintage and have filled in dishes which have been inspired from the city’s favourites says the report. These new dishes include prawn koliwada, bharleli vangi, green masala calamari with multigrain vada and sev tomato nu shaak. You’ll also see spicy chakna like chana chilli garlic, quite popular with the dhaba-style food along with spicy gin infusions in drinks.
