Instructions
  1. Cook the egg/plain noodles according to packet instructions till al dente.
  2. In a large pan, melt a little butter over medium heat and add the steak strips in a single layer. Season with salt and pepper and cook until there is a good sear on the beef. Flip the pieces and cook the other side until browned. Now remove the steak and set aside.
  3. Add a little more butter to the pan and cook the sliced onions until soft adding the minced garlic in between. Add mushrooms and cook for another 5-7 minutes or until they are soft.
  4. Deglaze the pan with white wine and let the mixture cook in a simmer for a bit. In another bowl, whisk together the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce and flour. Pour this broth mixture into the pan, and stir to combine. Let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in the greek yogurt in the pan and put the steak back into the pan. Add salt and pepper if needed.
  6. Serve this warm over the cooked noodles.
