Our opening player Chinese Bhel – was scrumptious, could have been more ‘chatpata’!
The cheese-draped mini ladi pav in Masala Pav Pull Apart stuffed with pav bhaji masala and cheese was yummy and much to our liking. We were curious to check out Missal Pav Fondue – the missal fondue was smooth makhni-type gravy minus the traditional recipe’s sprouts but topped with farsan. Just dip the pav pieces and there is a jig on your palate.
Next was Mexican bean Nachos with delicious elements of pico salad, sour cream and jalapeno – a simply mouth-watering dish I must say and a must-have here!
We tried one more fantastic fusion dish – Risotto Khichdi – the all-time comfort food prepared with Arborio rice and served with masala papad was flavorsome.
Momma’s Rocky Road Sundae is one of the lip-smacking desserts one can have. It comes in a glass layered with brownie, chocolate, choco chips, cookies, ice cream and almond shavings.
