Avenue Supermarts Will Launch An IPO On March 8th
Avenue Supermarts, the company which owns the D-Mart chain of retail stores has announced that it will be opening an issue for D-Mart on March 8th. This will allow people to buy shares in the D-Mart brand.
Opening IPOs
In January, the company opened its first initial public offering (IPO) and raised Rs.1240 crores.
For this IPO, the company hopes to raise Rs.1800 crore with shares priced between Rs.290-325. The three day IPO will end on the 11th of March and the company will be offering 62.33 million shares.
There are 130 D-Mart retail stores with a presence in Maharashtra, Karnataka , Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Gujarat.
