From the Zuppe, try their Minestra Garfagnina di farro which has Borlotti beans, barley, olive oil, celery, carrot, garlic, tomato, sage, rosemary, black pepper, onion or Pancotto di Viareggio made with some Calamari, garlic, clams, tomato paste, olive oil, multigrain bread, chili, garlic, parsley.

There’s Polenta pasticciata con il sugo and Coniglio in Porchetta.
