Come join us for the Masterclass by Chef Dev Malik of the critically acclaimed ‘UNDER THE OVER- an American bistro, the top-rated TEMOTU vineyard and PASSAGE ROCK vines in the picturesque Waiheke Island, off the coast of Auckland, where pairing food with beer and wine was the norm. Chef Dev refines his palate and nuances on his plates, his famed anise spiced duck roasted in a wine barrel is legendary as is his barbequed venison with blue cheese and cranberries.
Chef Dev Malik will be pairing in house Craft Beers from Crafters Tap House along with his special creations. Expect pairings like Crafter’s special Pilsner paired with Calamari And Cilantro Petit Tostada, Garlic Jam and Roast turnips with cilantro and black beans (V) and Celebration Ale with Ale Braised Lamb Leg, Egyptian Dukkah , Feta, Almonds, Olives, Pomegranate and Ale grilled aubergine, Egyptian Dukkah , Feta, Almonds, Olives, Pomegranate
