Instructions
  1. Combine the rice wine, soy sauce, corn starch and brown sugar in a small bowl and set aside.
  2. In a large wok, heat oil and fry the ginger and garlic for a quick 20-30 seconds.
  3. Add steak to the wok and fry for a good 4 minutes. Add the soy mixture to the wok and bring to a boil. Add snow peas and let the whole mixture simmer. Stir continuously.
  4. Serve over warm rice or egg noodles.
