The Archaeologist Is Gin Flavored With Engine Parts!

on

Gin lovers you better hold on to your socks for this one! Have you ever had Harley Davidson flavored gin? No? Well, now you can! Uwe Ehinger, a rare motorcycle aficionado, and master craftsman has come up with the Archaeologist, which is a dry gin flavored with motorcycle parts (no, we’re not kidding).

Bottles of “The Archaeologist” feature premium dry gin flavored with the engine parts of actual Harley Davidson bikes – there’s the Flathead, from 1939, the Panhead, from 1962, and the Knucklehead, from 1947.

The engine parts used were cleaned and sealed with a tin alloy to make them food safe, then affixed to a steel structure within the custom-made bottles. The bottles were then decorated with handmade packaging created on an original 1931 Heidelberg Tiegel printing press. They also come with a hang-tag bearing the part’s unique serial number.

Because each bottle is literally one of a kind – a bottle of the Archaeologist Gin goes from 900 to 1289 Euros per bottle. However, your motorcycle obsessed friends will know, it’s absolutely worth it!
