The recent entertainment and recreation boom in Noida brought about by all the new and upcoming shopping malls, is unlike anything the city has seen before. With major real estate moguls like DLF, Logix, and Galleria transporting their business across the Yamuna, the eastern chunk of the NCR is also basking in all the posh glory.
A rising name in Noida’s development spree is Logix, which is one of the many groups to have kicked off the influx of a more lavish mall culture in the city. Apart from bringing back PVR Cinemas (previously it was a part of Noida’s Spice Mall, and was later replaced by Spice Cinemas), the establishment has also brought in a number of eating joints, with the most recent one being A Grill Company, which has been set up by Alphabites Restaurant Private Limited in partnership with Logix Group.

A Grill Company is based on the now trending live grill concept clubbed with yet another hot food trend, molecular gastronomy. Spread over 3,500sq ft, the restaurant boasts of a redefined Indian cuisine, which has broken away from the cliché of everyday desi food with a menu inspired by the cultural or regional food of India’s diverse culture fused with neo modern elements.
While their first restaurant is in the National Capital Region (NCR), the upcoming outlets will be in Delhi and Punjab, followed by other major cities with directors Rohit Malhotra, Parvesh Singh and Sandeep Nehra at the helm.
