A New Burger Surprise this October at Indigo Burger Project

Nothing beats a good burger and they are the real deal here. Come indulge in some juicy bites of goodness with everyone’s favourite Burger QSR brand Indigo Burger Project. Indigo Burger Project’s Burger of the Month bring you something new to binge on this October!

Perfect for the festive or fasting season, this month indulge in the vegetarian Navratri Plantain OctoBur-Ger, served in a masala bun with a first of its kind patty of green banana with fresh grated coconut that has been tempered with curry leaves, mustard seed, madras curry powder and sambar masala with curry mayo, fresh tomato and lettuce.

The Chicken OktoBur-Ger is loaded with chicken marinated in home ground mustard, fresh ginger garlic paste and red onions and tossed in cheese sauce with crispy chicken bacon and served with a fried egg on a sesame bun. Sounds divine, doesn’t it? Once you’ve seen and tasted one of these bad boys it’ll be hard to go back to any other type of burger ever again.

The absolute dream burger for somebody who loves them big and full of toppings, it’s just the right size that you don’t have to worry about it falling apart and can fit it all in your mouth. Well, just about!
