The Executive Chef at Grand Hyatt Kochi is Chef Hermann, who grew up in a large Austrian farmhouse where meals where always a family affair. He remembers how they used organic wild mushrooms, herbs, cheeses, fruits and vegetables back home. That’s when he realized the importance of good produce. His culinary journey has taken him all over the world. Over the years, Chef Hermann has worked for various Hyatt brands and has been able to build a long-standing relationship with the franchise. He now shares this culinary expertise with Grand Hyatt Bolgatty to make sure the guests experience a dining experience like no other.
