The Irish House across all its outlet in Mumbai is hosting a Hot Dog festival and is calling all suburban folk and the townies to chow down on this luscious treat. But is it all a meaty affair? For vegetarians they’ve got Beetroot and Goat Cheese Dog – pickled beetroot carpaccio on a bed of arugula with a honey mustard glaze, topped with fresh orange segments, micro greens, bean sprouts and goat cheese and the Jalapeno Corn Cheese Dog – veggie dog stuffed with jalapenos, sweet corn and gooey cheese, on a bed of onion relish topped with pickled coleslaw and a drizzle of cheesy mayo.

Meat lovers! No doubt this festival is going to be a treat for you as well! Relish mouth-watering dogs like the Hot Wings Dog – mini toasted hot dog buns with boneless chicken wings in house BBQ, beer and Sriracha honey glaze, on a bed of crunchy coleslaw, topped with crispy onions and a cheesy mayo drizzle or Baked Cubano Dog – chicken Bolognese and chicken/ pork frankfurter sausages topped with jalapeno spiked cheese sauce, yellow cheddar and crispy bacon bits, baked to perfection in a cored hot dog bun.
