This super snack is easy to make and contains loads of energy. Just a few of these can lift you up in an instant. To make these babies all you need is some dates, chia seeds, peanut butter, diary free chocolate and oats. Just a handful of each of these would do or you can choose the proportions as per your taste. Blend these in a food processor and roll them into balls. Enjoy. Quick and easy, isn’t it?
2. Hemp and Cashew Bites
To start with, it’s vegan and gluten free. To make these, chop pre-soaked dates into big chunks and process the cashews to a smooth powder. Now blend dates and one banana in the blender adding cocoa powder, cinnamon, hemp seeds and coconut oil (optional). Roll them into your desired shape and enjoy.
