Paneer, the crumbly/firm, moist, and fresh cheese is prominent in every Indian household. It is chunky and delicious and can be used in an array of gravy sauces like the vegetable gravy made using boiled or roasted vegetables, vegetable stock, a thickener (corn starch or flour), oil and some fresh cream or a Mushroom based gravy or onion-based gravy.
