Asian Cuisine is diverse. From sushi to Thai curries, you have a range of options to choose from including East Asian, Southeast-Asian, South-Asian, Central-Asian, and Middle Eastern. They are equally delicious and easy to prepare. Here’s a list of my favourite Asian dishes that you can recreate in your kitchen!
Vietnamese Noodle Salad-
Nobody wants to slave away in the kitchen, what you do want though is more great food. So this is one brilliant solution, made in under 10 minutes with a fiery dressing of chopped chillies, it’s fresh, vibrant, and healthy and has plenty of zing and spice!
Chicken Pad Thai-
This stir-fried rice noodle dish commonly served as a street food and at casual local eateries in Thailand is so popular all over the world that it needs no introduction. The Sorted boys pack bags of authentic flavour into a tender chicken and rice noodles. If you’ve never tried this you’re missing out, so get cooking!
Pork Fried Rice-
The Sorted Boys show you have to make this Asian-inspired takeaway classic. Marinated in soy, mirin, ginger and garlic, the pork is not stripped of its juices when speedily stir fried. Try this delicious and filling recipe for lunch!
Perfect Pork Dim Sum-
This gorgeous Dim Sum recipe is perfect for any meat but especially good with leftover pork. Making these soft steamed buns with hot pork and a sweet, sticky sauce saves you time and money! Serve with some toasted sesame seeds, diced spring onions, lettuce and chilli!
Crispy Shrimp Chow Mein-
The Sorted boys show you how to make a brilliant dish that you can easily whip up for dinner. Instead of coating prawns in breadcrumbs, they use prawn crackers, a double whammy of prawn!
Chicken Ramen Noodle Soup–
This video demonstrates the making of another incredible recipe: Ramen noodles layered with finely sliced fresh vegetables and shredded chicken in an Asian style broth then topped with a soy infused egg. Get you chopsticks ready because it is time to do some slurping!
Asian Seared Tuna-
Jamie’s got a delicious seared tuna recipe to show you- full of flavour and really quick and easy to make. With a crispy sesame seed coating and a divine ginger and soy sauce dressing this dish really hits the gastronomic spot. Served with garlic chips and a sprinkling of fresh chilli and coriander you’ll feel like you’re dining out while at home.
