Our hectic lifestyle doesn’t allow us to even touch our breakfast and when it comes to the 4 o’clock hunger, our well thought out diet plans goes into the bin. So, this National Nutrition Week, let’s try bring back health into our routine. Instead of heading to a sandwich stall or a pani puri wallah in the evening, why not keep one of these 5 healthy snacks in your bag?


Best choice would be an apple or any fruit like pear which won’t get smashed while you are travelling to and fro from work. Fruits are packed with nutrients and they help in replenishing your energy levels. Plus they don’t induce sleep so it’s the best food you can eat when you have a hunger pang.
