This is the easiest, and most awesome, recipe for peanut butter cookies ever and they don’t take too long to make! Oh, and did we mention that all you need are 3 ingredients?

To make your super-easy, 3 ingredient, peanut butter cookies, you will need the following:

1 cup peanut butter (crunchy or creamy, any way you like!)

1 cup sugar

1 egg

And now here’s what you do:

1. Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, mix all ingredients until smooth.
3. Form the dough into balls (approximately a tablespoon-full) and flatten.
4. Place them on the baking sheet at least 2 inches apart.
5. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes, until the cookies have slightly browned at the bottom. Do not over bake.
6. Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool for a minute. Then transfer them to a wire rack and allow them to cool completely.
