    Hi Amita,
Great Post! Boosting immunity should be in our priority list in this overwhelming lifestyle. We are living in the world where most of the food items are chemically treated and somewhere they hinder the proper functioning of our endocrine system.Which ultimately lowers
the power of immune system cells lymphocytes, neutrophils and monocytes to fight from any foreign attack. All the items you mentioned above are well known to boost immunity.Ginger is also one of such herb( Herb? actually i don’t know may be its root or stem 😉 ) which works wonderfully in powering up immune system.
But the burning question is from where we will get this stuff in its purest form? I am a Gym rate so consuming Egg is more important for me than to Bharat-kashmir Mudda. But Recently I had an encounter with a whole Trey of farzi eggs(duplicate Eggs). It broked something inside me.Now i have no idea how many farzi eggs i have consumed so Far.Thanks to my Grandmother who taught me 4-5 great methods to caught duplicate eggs.
Central idea is we must invest our time in finding organic food items.

Glad you enjoyed the article and thank you for the informative feedback. I agree with you that finding the organic sources of these foods is the need of the hour. It’s never easy but I think we can find organic sources near us if we try. Hopefully we’ll have more of those sprouting up with increasing health awareness.
