10 Foods Women should be eating in their 20’s
20’s are your crazy years. You’re working in your first real job, you’re making new friends, you are running about doing multiple things at once. All this can take a toll on your eating habits. Your 20’s are when you should eat healthy food and replenish your system with good calories and conquer your biggest diet dilemmas. 1. Lean Beef

This super food is has a sufficient amount of protein, helping to keep your hunger quiet. It’s also relatively low in carbs. Quinoa is rich in magnesium. You need all the detoxification you can get when you are in your 20’s.
